Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of any damage or signs of wear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.  

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@shopsolacesupply.com to initiate the exchange process.  
  2. Return the original item to us, following the guidelines for returns mentioned above. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Once your return is received, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement item free of charge.  

Please note:

    • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • This policy applies only to purchases made online at shopsolacesupply.com
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
