As Solace Supply prepares for its final chapter and officially closes its doors, our return policy has been updated.
All sales made during our Closing Sale are Final Sale.
Because we are clearing out our remaining inventory to wind down operations, we are no longer able to accept returns, process exchanges, or offer store credit for any purchases.
What this means for you:

Final Sale: All items purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Order Accuracy: Please review your cart, including size, color, and shipping address, carefully before finalizing your payment.

Damaged/Defective Items: While we are unable to accept returns for standard reasons (such as fit or change of mind), we are still committed to ensuring you receive your items in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at contact@shopsolacesupply.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
